The restaurant is quite small, and the distance between tables feels oddly close. While the chef is nearby, he doesn’t particularly engage in conversation. I decided to observe the preparation and wait for the sushi to arrive. The rice is firm, which I like, but the seasoning is just average. As for the octopus appetizer, I’m not sure if it’s actually good. The seaweed used in the rolls lacks any flavor. What is this?Regarding the nigiri, I believe it meets a certain standard in terms of the ingredients.Since it’s a popular place, I assumed it would be delicious as I ate.Halfway through, I found myself thinking about the shaved ice shop I planned to visit afterward. This place is not suitable for business meetings or dates. It might be fine for someone who simply wants to enjoy high-end sushi alone. However, I must note that a high-priced restaurant doesn’t always guarantee exceptional taste. After settling the bill, there was no farewell from the staff. Generally, I think it’s unnecessary for high-end restaurants to offer farewells, but it’s unusual for a place at this price point. It seems to be supported by regular customers, who receive additional services. While that’s fine, I believe such practices should be kept discreet, away from the eyes of other patrons. I don’t consider a restaurant that doesn’t value new customers to be a great establishment.I won’t be returning.
