Homemade cheese grilled on fire from burning black pig fat
The cheese is fresh, made on spot, a couple of day olds. It has the texture of marshmallow and you could bake it directly on your own small fire. It comes also with homemade jelly from wild strawberries and wallnuts. Reminds me for my children-hood.
