One of several ingenious dishes from the set menu at @restaurant.sem which opened a couple of months ago in Lisbon by @george.a.mcleod and @lara.espiritosanto (who met at @silolondon from @mcmasterchef ). Buzzy atmosphere, attentive service and great wine pairing too. Every new project is a challenge but this one seems to be off to a promising start.
