We went on a roadtrip across the Belgium border to the small town of Wolphaartsdijk in the Netherlands to eat at Restaurant Meliefste. And we're so glad we made the effort to this remote part of Europe because this will become a worldwide culinary destination for food lovers all over the world.

Chef Thijs Meliefste leads the kitchen and previously worked at various Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe including 1* Het Gebaar, 1* Katseveer, 3* The Fat Duck, and 3* Maaemo.
