It's a really comfortable environment here as you take off your shoes upon entrance and watch everything unfold a few feet away at one of the 10 seats in the sunken counter. Chef Toshio Saito is one of Keiji Nakazawa's (of Sushi Sho) disciples. If you're looking to try a large variety of different fish and preparations, then this is a great spot to do so!
