Jimbocho Den (神保町 傳) in Tokyo is one of our favorite restaurants not only in Japan, but in the world. It's always a pleasure to return here, a place that feels like home. Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa puts the fun into fine dining without sacrificing quality and taste. The hospitality is also second to none with the front of the house led by his wife Emi Hasegawa and Noriko Yamaguchi. It's truly exciting to witness the rise of this restaurant on a global scale especially on the World's 50 Best List! This was one of the most memorable meals of the year in 2016 and we are so excited for our next visit in the new Den coming up in a couple of weeks!!!
