Incredible lunch at Neige d'été, now one of our favorite restaurants in Paris with incredible value! Chef Hideki Nishi and his team produced one of our best dishes of the year - merling fish with a light tempura batter and finger limes. Hard to put in words how stunning the flavor combinations were, yet so simple looking. Nothing but praise for Neige d'été. Fresh radish, homemade brioche with green apple cream, and carrot with cream of carrot | Mousse of potato with jus of mussel
