Getting our late night Kyoto ramen fix at Touhichi (らぁ麺 とうひち), one of the highest ranked shops in Kansai, by ramen master Sodeoka-san. The specialty here is the chicken and soy sauce organic ramen with handmade wonton dumplings and marinated soft boiled egg. The clear broth gets its taste from the umami of the free range chicken and fresh, extremely high-quality soy sauce. So satisfying! And they also have a delicious side of karaage (fried chicken).

P.S. If you do end up coming here, be prepared to take the bus or taxi as this shop is on the far Northern outskirts of Kyoto.
