Late night ramen run at Tonjinchi (貪瞋癡 / とんじんち) in Himi, part of the western coast of Toyama Bay. It took us 2 hours to get here from central Kanazawa just to try the new Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen shop. In the evening, they offer 2 types of ramen - black soy sauce with black pepper and white soy sauce Himi niboshi.
