Very excited to have finally made it to Restaurant Tim Raue in Berlin! We first had Chef's food in 2014 at an event at Tickets restaurant in Barcelona where he served potstickers; we were blown away by how delicious they were. Ever since then, Tim Raue has been on the rise, earning 2 Michelin Stars and #34 spot on the 2016 World's Top 50 Restaurant list. The restaurant is just the perfect setting with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic service and pacing of the meal, and downright delicious dishes that were hit after hit. We were given a customized menu of the signature dishes throughout the years. It's Asian Inspired Cuisine done right at a high level of execution. Bravo and keep up the fantastic work!
