Back in Bangkok and straight to Gaa, the new restaurant opposite of Gaggan. It's the brainchild of Gaggan's ex-souf chef, Garima Arora. She and her team produced a wonderful tasting menu that showcases Thai and Indian influenced dishes made from scratch.
