“Los Tacos Azules” in Sangenjaya is revolutionising tacos in Japan - the Owner Chef @marco.garushia successfully fuses traditional Mexican techniques with seasonal Japanese ingredients in an unprecedented manner✊🏽 The tostadas and tacos are freshly made for each course, using in house-grounded indigenous Mexican corn❤️‍🔥

They offer a walk-in only “Tacos Brunch” menu from 9AM until 3PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and until 4PM on weekends🍳 There is one dog-friendly table by the window, so we visited with @qoothepomchi - this popular spot tends to have a queue, so make sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment!🐕

朝9時から水木金は午後3時まで、土日は午後4時まで営業している、ウォークインのみのアラカルトスタイル✨ 窓際のテーブル席のみペット同席が可能なので、愛犬の @qoothepomhchi と伺いました🦊 カバー写真の「焼き茄子サルサと山羊チーズ 」は香ばしく焼いた茄子、メキシコ産唐辛子、山羊チーズ、アボカドとハーブを合わせた、スモーキーな絶品💯

ふわふわな卵の中に和歌山県山利産のしらすが入っている「しらすのオムレツ」やカリッと焼き上げてチチャロンをのせたお店のオリジナル「カルニータス・スペシャル」、そしてピリ辛でシャキッとした食感が特徴の「おかひじき」のタコス、全て大満足でした💓 2022年11月に恵比寿にオープンした @tacosbar_jp は路線変更し、現在「Los Tacos Azules」の二号店として営業しています🐓
