Just a typical Viennese weekend lunch, but - since it’s part if the Emporium Reitbauer - it’s incredible as always! Kaiserschmarrn with plum roast, beef consommé with semolina dumpling, Viennese gulasch (goulash, ‘pörkölt’), 2 kinds of freshly baked strudels, and at the very beginning a special greeting from the kitchen of Steirereck, from Herr “Bread” Andy personally: the in-house-made blood sausage bread! 💥
And the world’s best wiener schnitzel for the Team Jokuti boys…
