Cique in Asagaya
The author's list of ramen shops is growing slowly, with some having unusual business hours. Ramen Cique is a popular choice, serving shio on Tuesdays and at night. The ramen has a refined, cafe-style taste with a smoky, fruity flavor. The interior is classy with mood music and a dedicated monitor showing nature scenes.
I'm currently breaking down the Top 100 #hyakumeiten #百名店 shops from around Japan. This one is 99/100 on the Tokyo list.
