Shijimi are the clams used in making the soup, with all the shijimi clams used here sourced from Lake Shinji. The go-to is the shio ramen, containing almost a pure clam soup, but also with just a hint of chicken. There is also a shoyu with a soup that is more of an even blend between clam and chicken.
