Experience Quay Restaurant

- Spring peas, seaweed sorrel, parsley -

The Michelin guide does not extend to Australia as with many other places that are too far for their reach within their resources (pulled out of Las Vegas 2009 for example) so Australia use the ‘hats’ system as one of their main accolade systems which, is based on a similar system to Michelin. Quay has achieved the hightest hats accolate for over a decade.
