Dinner a while back at @arestaurantwherethelightgetsin Where The Light Gets In in Stockport. Sustainability is very much the focus of this interesting restaurant in Stockport’s old town, with ingredients either grown themselves in their rooftop gardens or carefully sourced from local farmers and producers. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.
