Considered the World’s Rarest Pasta as only a handful of people (almost exclusively from the Sardinian province of Nuoro) have truly mastered it! What a treat to taste pasta magic in Singapore by @benfatto_95 thru these difficult and tedious-to-make handmade pasta shapes, with sauces prepared in a way that lets the pasta shine! Like this unreal Sa Fregula Sarda with Clam broth topped with bottarga, as well as the super unique Andarinos de Usini from Sardinia, served with braised oxtails and Sardinian pecorino cheese.
