More delicious seafood in Seville last year at famous old school restaurant Jaylu, which has been operating for no less than 50 years. Don’t expect pretty tweezered plates here but carefully sourced impeccable seafood cooked simply and well

Voltar ao #jaylu tem sempre a emoção do regresso a casa. As escolhas são fáceis: óptimo marisco, tártaros, prístina fritura Andaluza. Haverá sempre o jamon ibérico bellota que Enrique Caballero escolhe e corta como ninguém. Mas, ultimamente, o meu coração balança pelo al-andalus salmorejo. Este, da foto, de santola e tomate amarelo. Um vício.
