Saga style tonkotsu made with yobimodoshi pork bone soup. Recommended to get your bowl topped with a raw egg yolk, perfect for noodle dipping. Another specialty side menu is the local nori seaweed sourced from the sea of Ariake, served dried or grilled. Put each slice of nori in the soup for one minute soaking up the liquid goodness.
