Dinner at @jatakcph Jatak in Copenhagen. Seemingly the hottest ticket in town when we went back last year.
This is @jtam1342 Jonathan Tam's first restaurant having moved on from being head chef at the excellent Relæ.
I highly recommend that you visit and experience Jonathan's cooking which is focused on local seasonal produce and inspired by the cultural heritage of his team.
