Temaki bento 🇯🇵 with gamberi rossi🦐, tuna belly and beef tartar according to Yoji Tokuyoshi @yojitokuyoshi , chef-owner of Michelin starred Tokuyoshi in Milano.(former chef at Osteria Francescana) He has recently opened Bentoteca @bentotecamilano , Japanese-Mediterranean fusion izakaya, where he serves more simple fare such as roasted bone marrow, Wagyu udon and tonkatsu. Today Yoji- san showed me how fo make his style temaki bento, which can be also ordered for delivery.🇮🇹 He mixed the beef with chopped capers and seasoned with olive oil and salt,served with shaved bottarga; tuna belly- with sesame seeds, salt and olive oil.
