Temaki bento 🇯🇵 with gamberi rossi🦐, tuna belly and beef tartar according to Yoji Tokuyoshi @yojitokuyoshi , chef-owner of Michelin starred Tokuyoshi in Milano.(former chef at Osteria Francescana) He has recently opened Bentoteca @bentotecamilano , Japanese-Mediterranean fusion izakaya, where he serves more simple fare such as roasted bone marrow, Wagyu udon and tonkatsu. Today Yoji- san showed me how fo make his style temaki bento, which can be also ordered for delivery.🇮🇹 He mixed the beef with chopped capers and seasoned with olive oil and salt,served with shaved bottarga; tuna belly- with sesame seeds, salt and olive oil. Gamberi were served whole. The rice was seasoned with vinegar and very finely chopped chives. Excellent dish and easy to make at home. Grazie Yoji-san! #instaluxeat
