Dinner and a couple of glasses of wine 🙄 at ⭐️ @behindrestaurant in London. Well known for having received a Michelin star after just 20 opening days (a Covid anomaly I think), I can say that this 18 seat seafood focused counter is certainly worthy of that accolade.

Tudo se passa a volta de uma barra confortável e espaçosa. Ao fundo as preparações. Mais junto a nós, as finalizações. O serviço é feito pela mesma equipa que cozinha, o ambiente é tranquilo, em bom ritmo, sem pressas.

Cozinha rigorosa, de sólida base técnica francesa. Peixe, mariscos, óptimos caldos, pontos perfeitos, muito sabor. 1 estrela Michelin sólida. Está de parabéns @andy.beynon pelo seu primeiro restaurante em nome próprio.
