The soup at Takamatsu is thick but light, made from chicken carcasses and gyokai. Diners can opt for ramen or tsukemen, with a few variations to choose from. The tsukemen is recommended, served with a side of diced onions and sudachi citrus. Also don't hesitate to use the black shichimi pepper available on the counter.
