The otsumami here are quite awesome. I think the kuruma ebi that I ate was among the best I have ever eaten. The chef trained in both edomae and osaka style sushi.. i though that some of the neta were too true to its flavours and the rice vinegar could not fully showcase each piece, although the chuutoro hit the spot..Nice atmosphere in the shop.. feels almost like a restaurant that I would find in the side streets it Kyoto.

Fantastic meal at Otomezushi. Prefect calibration between shari and neta. Great knife skills and fish preparation. Excellent, subtle otsumami to start with of which the Ankimo liver was the star.
