“BaseHall” is a contemporary food hall located inside “Jardine House” in Central, Hong Kong🛍️ They offer an eclectic mix of cuisines, from authentic local delicacies to gourmet international dishes🌏 The floor is split into BaseHall 01 and 02 - we explored the latter, which opened more recently in December 2022🪅

There were so many options to choose and it was a challenge to decide, but ended up with the following before we got absolutely stuffed🙈 We have barely scratched the surface; we will have to come back to try the other kiosks🤭 Thank you so much @theforksandspoons852 for the invitation!🙇🏽‍♀️

香港のセントラル地域にある、人気なフードコート「BaseHall（ベースホール）」へ初訪問✨ ミシュランのビブグルマンに選ばれたローカルなお店の名物から、外国のお料理まで、幅広いジャンルが楽しめます💓 全部回りたかったのですが、今回は韓国料理の「Moyo（モヨ）」、中華餃子の「山東餃子」、 @wagyumafia が運営するラーメン店「MASHI NO MASHI」とドーナッツが有名な「Pinky Bakery（ピンキー・ベーカリー）」に伺いました💓
