Tucked away on the stairs of Shin Hing Street in Central, Hong Kong, Little Bao by @chefmaychow is renowned for their playful spin on classic Asian flavours with a bold and creative twist🌈 Their signature bass are the most popular, including the “Pork Belly Bao” in the cover photo with slow-braised pork belly, sesame mayo, hoisin ketchup, and shiso leek salad🐖 A personal highlight was the stir-fried “Brussel Sprouts”, served with a sweet fish sauce caramel, chilli, peanuts and lime🤤
