Only a handful of tables means that only a handful of guest can experience this beautifully journey prepared by @chefhimanshusaini and orchestrated on the floor by @vip_inpanwar ~ a journey around different geographies of India to help the diner understand the food and its story. The meal is full of impactful presentations from beginning to end ensuring no detail is missing. Every plate, every element helps to tell the story. The flavors are delicately bold with a lot of peaks and valleys which keep the mouth entertain and the brain thinking about this explosions happenings in your palate. At the end everything connects and you feel you know more about a country, about a place, about their people, little you knew you were falling in love with these new flavors and creative combinations.
