Senzo Cusco

Dining at @belmondpalacionazarenas is a serious affair at its restaurant @mauka.cusco which is directed by World’s Best Female Chef @pialeonkjolle. The restaurant celebrates the bounty of Cusco and the Andean mountains with its hyper-local cuisine. I highly enjoyed Chef Pia’s food at her restaurant @kjollerest in Lima so I was looking forward to trying the food here, and it was fantastic!

Choose from nourishing fruit & yogurt bowls, sweet doughs, eggs, and savory sandwiches. Don’t miss the fresh juices and specialty coffee from the surrounding region - the Cacao drink with Almond and Banana was our favorite!
