More and more and more beef 🐄 🐮. I think we must have eaten every possible different cut. This incredibly tender piece is served very simply with lime and salt. Eaten by alternating with the matsutake mushroom 🍄

I tried four different Wagyu katsu sandos while in Tokyo and dare’nt call a favourite. They are all incredibly luxurious and one of those bites that make you close your eyes with bliss wether it’s at Nakahara, Wagyu Mafia, Shima or here at near impossible to book Yoroniku Ebisu. Having the main man @vanne_yoroniku cook it and serve it to you at the table was the cherry on the cake though 🙏 🙇🏼‍♂️
