Why Restaurant Alchemist 🌟🌟🇩🇰? ~ Well, this is not just the best meal I had this year but made it to the top 5 ever (Wanna know the other 4?). @rasmusmunkalchemist and team are just ahead of our times. One of the most ambitious built outs where you are moving through the evening, sets the stage of a true special journey. It is a multidisciplinary experience that incorporates art 🖼& music 🎶 among many others. The level of research 🔬 going on in this establishment is as deep as it gets not only focusing in new and innovative techniques but also tackling current problems the world is facing. Above all, the food is just delicious 😋 , while many of the dishes & ingredients will be new to most people, there is a layer of provocation that makes you think and maybe reconsider what dining is and the role that food & us play in this chain. Have you ever eaten 🦋? Here you will and you will love it. Raw butterfly with broth made with its wings, wheatgrass and strawberries is just and example of the delicious creativity that you will find here. @restaurantalchemist is an adventure for all the senses and my best experience in 2021. (2nd visit, only one this year)
