Superb snake potage and lamb casserole. Of course we had to feast on dim sum too. The seafood dumplings with egg white and black truffle were truly exceptional, with a perfect ratio of ingredients. I usually dislike truffles in Chinese food and it definitely changed my mind. Thank you @85td_tw for the making us feel at home.
