The location is simply amazing. In the midst of such beautiful nature, this restaurant offers a variety of natural delights cooked over an irori (traditional Japanese hearth). This time, I enjoyed yamame (mountain trout), ayu (sweetfish) from Warakawa, wild boar, venison, and pheasant, along with an abundance of mountain vegetables. Watching the ingredients being grilled right in front of me was a delightful experience. I was captivated by the explanations of each dish as well. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again.
