Esteticamente não será o melhor prato para colocar no instagram, certamente dará poucos likes e provavelmente poucos ficarão tentados a ler o texto, no entanto foi provavelmente o prato mais marcante desta passagem por Florença.

Foi no @_.cucina._ , onde arquitectos, bibliotecários e designers partilham a sala e o fogão para criar uma cozinha sensível e sobretudo sincera, que provei pela primeira vez Passatelli, uma pasta feita a partir de sobras de pão conjugadas com parmigiano reggiano.
Um prato aparentemente simples, servido num caldo delicioso e elevado pelas notas frescas da zest de lima. Memorável!

Aesthetically speaking , it won't be the best photo to put on instagram, it will certainly have very few likes and few people will feel tempted to read the text.however this was probably the most striking dish of this visit to Florence.

It was at @_.cucina._ , where architects, librarians and designers share the room and the kitchen to create a sensitive and, above all, sincere kitchen. Here I tried Passatelli for the first time, a pasta made from leftover bread combined with parmigiano reggiano .
A deceptively simple dish, served in a delicious warm and elevated with fresh notes of lime zest. Memorable!
