Em Roma, sê romano!

O clássico bikini de @carlesabellanchef , que volta e meia recriamos cá por casa (mozzarella, ibérico e pasta de cogumelos e trufa) , batatas bravas como um molho irresistível e os tradicionais ovos rotos com cogumelos da época! Já fomos muito felizes neste @tapas24carlesabellan e voltaremos a ser certamente, na próxima é só melhorar mesmo a fritura da batata !

Once in Spain you need to have Tapas! This are some pretty nice examples of a certain happiness you only achieve in Spain.. bikini (mozzarella, iberico ham, truffle) , potatoes with bravas sauce and fried eggs with mushrooms and potatoes. We were always happy every time we visited @tapas24carlesabellan and we will continue to be, next time we just need some improvement on frying the potatoes!
