If you’re a pho lover, you NEED to know about Triple S Pho & Grill. This family-owned hidden gem has been open just a few months, and their 24-hour simmered broth is pure magic. It’s clear, rich, lightly aromatic and packed with flavor.

Their must-try? The Pho Dac Biet is loaded with 5 types of meat and a giant bone-in short rib 🥩🍜. At $25, it’s a big, beautiful bowl that’s worth every penny. If you don’t want all the meats, a bowl with just short rib is $21 (worth it!). They also have hand made fresh noodles for $1 upgrade.

They also have chicken pho, pho tai lan, vegetarian pho and a full Vietnamese menu, so add this to your list if you love pho!

📍Designed by Gin Design Group, this immersive art-inspired restaurant features holograms, a glowing faux tree, and neon lighting that makes every corner Instagram-worthy.

I stopped by for media night and tried a little bit of everything:
🍣 Tuna & caviar cones
🔥 Murakami Roll (with a crab butter candle that melts into the roll!)
🐟 Chilean sea bass
🍗 Haii Keii chicken
🥩 “Around the World” Wagyu steak tasting
🍸 Ube espresso martini (get it half sweet)

Everything is shareable and made for vibey nights out. Flavors are very bold, drinks tend to be on the sweet side, but the vibes are a 10/10 — perfect for a date night, girls night, or a creative happy hour (Monday–Friday, 5–6:30pm).

This is where the boundaries of cuisine and imagination blur, and we’re here for it.
