Ichijuku is a traditional sushi house led by sushi master Masa Osawa (30+ yrs behind the counter!).

We were invited to the Grand Opening and tried buttery Engawa, rich Hokkaido Uni hand rolls, Kinmedai, Hamachi sashimi + more — all priced super reasonably (most pieces $4–12 per piece). They even have robata skewers + crispy rice apps. This is your new go-to sushi spot in Chinatown!
