Di An Pho is a new restaurant that just opened in Houston Asiatown and it’s a true pho house — the ONLY thing on the menu is pho 🍜 Beef or chicken, that’s it!

The dad is the chef (yes, really!) and he comes in at 3am to cook, simmering the beef broth for 18 hours. For their chicken pho, they is ga di bo (free-range chicken) from a local family farm 🐔💯

Located on Bellaire & Synott, they’re in soft opening right now, so check them out! They also have a Vietnamese coffee bar — try the egg coffee, coconut coffee, or salted cream coffee, just know that it’s strong! 🔥
