Opened in 1934 by Agnese and Amerigo this trattoria between Modena and Bologna remains one of the area's most regarded. Built on tradition and simplicity, but evolving over the past 90 years to include several "signatures" the current menu offers a retrospective including handmade pastas, wild game and everything sourced from the nearby hills, vines and forests.
