Sitting in this restaurant, I could ‘read’ the aesthetic statement chef Ton was aiming for—which the designer beautifully delivered. I’ve not been moved by an interior for such a long time.
Now to the food… Before dropping in to Le Du Kaan, I actually ate a full meal; yet I couldn’t resist ordering a portion of chef Ton’s version of the ever-classic Thai dish - pad kra pao with beef and bone marrow.
