My kind of fine dining. Given the rusticity of traditional #mexicancuisine , it was hard to imagine an elevated version that can be at once refined and precise, yet comforting and soulful. #pujol in Mexico City @enriqueolveraf managed to surprise and satisfy. One of the best fine dining meals in along time. #michelinstar #theworlds50best
