Why Per Se? ~ where can I start, for me Per Se is just the greatest of them all 🏆, the first restaurant where I actually ‘cried’ of happiness (yes, they execute to that level🔝). It’s fine dining at its maximum expression. I was able to visit Per Se 5 times this year (over 17 times total, not as many as @finediningnyc ), but the best meal was in May for Mother’s Day. This is also my mothers favorite restaurant so we have a tradition to come here every mother’s day (and birthday), and of course, @sschaeuffele @chad.palagi @michelcouvreux @indra_kd and team put one of the best shows in town with the warmth and hospitality they are known for. The level of personalization of the menu and touches dives deeper than anything I have seen in other places. The highlight and probably one of the top 3 dishes I had in this year was this Tautog 🐟 with white asparagus, pecans & meyer lemon, a proof that perfection exists 🌟🌟🌟
