Why Singlethread? ~ besides the perfect location in Healdsburg CA, Singlethread @kyleconnaughton @lumberjackieo @jbugibarr @afhori have mastered the art of of execution and hospitality. This was my second visit this year (4 visits overall) and In this particular time they truly blown our minds 🤯 in every single step of the meal, especially with this kampachi 🐟 with nasturtium, nashi & kanpyo that had all the flavors and textures you want to feel in your mouth 🤤. This was a meal where every element felt just in the right place at the right time and created that illusion of perfection that you look in every dining experience. The pace, the rhythm, the interactions, all were orchestrated harmoniously. The food was delicate but with precision of flavors in every bite. A true 🌟🌟🌟 in every step of the way.
