I finally visited Quintessence, which I had been looking forward to. The wine pairings were excellent, and I was very satisfied. As for the dishes, they were delicious, but given the increasing competition in recent years, I wonder if there is still room for improvement. My expectations were high, so my evaluation might seem strict, but I look forward to seeing how they evolve in the future.
