I was surprised by the variety of wild vegetables and the diverse ways to enjoy them. The Gassan bamboo shoots, in particular, were in season and had a delightful texture. It seems you can enjoy the cuisine here even without staying overnight.I thought that if the lighting were changed from white to a warmer tone, the food would look even more appetizing and the atmosphere would be enhanced.
