I am very very lucky right now, because I get to work on one of my all-time favorite story ideas for the next @newsdayfeedme magazine: Restaurants inside of food markets.
Yesterday I visited two different Turkish markets/café’s recommended by @erica_marcus. And in her words, I found a “run don’t walk” situation at Nazar in North Babylon. A bunch of young guys running a tight kitchen, grilling kebabs and smearing spicy lamb on flatbread to make this lahmacun. Life is good!
