I’m not usually into carb-on-carb action, but this was the best most interesting thing I tried at the new @timeoutmarketunionsquare food hall. It’s a Jamaican curry patty sandwiched between a fluffy slice of coco bread.
Other media outlets seemed less impressed by this one. But I dunno, it tasted good to me! The spicy and creamy sauces were so flavorful, and the whole big loaf was steaming hot when it came out. I didn’t finish because it would have become a log in my belly that prevented me from trying all the other stalls. So take this with a grain of salt. But I thought it was nice work, @chefkwamespattypalace.
