Ooof! These tacos are in Greenpoint, Brooklyn but I’d rank them among the best in AZ and Northern Mexico … There’s so much going on here, eating one is like being punched in the tongue by a tangy chile demon. Nice work, @taqueriaelchato.nyc!

Also, I think it’s time to do a taco tour of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. I’d start here with the tripas and their take on al pastor, then hit up @taqueria_ramirez_ for some Mexico City suadero and onto @essetaco for those mushroom tacos. I’m sure there are other great places but this is just off the top of my head. Seriously I’m digging this idea!
