Considered the World’s Rarest Pasta as only a handful of people (almost exclusively from the Sardinian province of Nuoro) have truly mastered it! Su filindeu, aka the “threads of God,” is incredibly time-consuming and difficult to prepare, with delicate threads of pasta arranged to look like woven fabric. For the past 200 years, it has been a sacred dish, served only to those who complete a 33km pilgrimage in Sardinia. But luckily, Chef Lee Yum Hwa traveled there, made it his lifelong mission to master it, and serves it as the finale of his @benfatto_95 degustation with a wonderful lamb broth in Singapore!
